Dr. Hilmi Karadeniz began his medical education at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine. After completing his specialty training at Istanbul Training and Research Hospital, he worked at Medical Park and Kolan Hospitals respectively. As of 2025, Dr. Karadeniz continues to see patients at his private clinic in Istanbul. He performs surgeries at Medicana (Zincirlikuyu and Ataköy), Florence Nightingale (Şişli and Ataşehir), and BHT Clinic Istanbul Tema hospitals.

Within his clinic, there is a physical therapy center under the brand "Sportoteam," staffed by a specialist healthcare team of 5 physiotherapists providing services.
